HOW TO BUY AT SALINAS BEACH CLUB

Buying a property at Salinas Beach Club is easy, just follow the simple steps below.

1. Fill out our online reservation form and fax or e-mail along with a refundable reservation check in the amount of $2000.00 for the lot of your choice, Please make refundable reservation check to Land America Title Ins. in Miami.

2. Customers will receive confirmation via fax or e-mail. All lots are on a first come first serve basis.

3. We invite, and encourage all persons that have made reservations, to visit Salinas Beach Club within 30 days, if you are satisfied, an agreement can be signed in our sales office at the site and the balance of the purchase price will be required at the time of signing . (It is recommended that the contract be reviewed online within this 30 day period). Once this is done Salinas Beach Club will refund up to a total of $500.00 per person for two (2) which will be deducted from the balance of the purchase price. If the contract is not signed within this 30 day period the transaction will be automatically canceled and the reservation money returned to the would be customer.

4. In approximately 30 days you will receive title to your property (escritura in Spanish) along with any other closing documents.
