Salinas Beach Club consists of approximately 51 acres of land; subdivided into 221 lots, a clubhouse and playground.

Salinas Beach Club is approximately three city blocks from the Pacific Ocean and the Ocean Front Club House. The Ocean Front Club House sits on a lot that measures approximately 160 ft. (ocean front) by 250 ft. deep. A club house, a pool surrounded by 6 cabanas, 15 hotel rooms, and an office with 14 parking spots will be built on this lot. In addition, there will be beach front “tiki huts”. Salinas Beach Club has local electricity and tap water from its own water producing plant.
